Quality Control & Consumer Safety To ensure the safety, efficacy, and quality of our products, Menerals strictly controls the manufacturing, storage, and distribution of our inventory. Because we cannot oversee or guarantee the storage conditions, handling, or authenticity of products sold by unauthorized third-party resellers, our quality guarantee does not extend to products purchased outside of our authorized supply chain.

Non-Transferable Warranty Menerals stands behind our products with a comprehensive 90 day manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is strictly non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To be eligible for warranty claims, returns, or customer support, the product must be purchased directly from the Menerals website or from an officially authorized Menerals retail partner.

Unauthorized Resellers on Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) Please be aware that purchasing Menerals products from unauthorized sellers on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart.com) voids all manufacturer warranties. Products sold by unauthorized resellers are considered "materially different" from genuine Menerals products due to the lack of quality control and voided warranties. If you purchase from an unauthorized seller, you are buying at your own risk.
