A note from Travis Ortmayer
I still got my two feet. With these two feet, I can get up and walk out of here.
That's what I told myself on January 5, 2016 - the day I decided to stop, alone with nothing left but my old equipment. I quit that day and started over completely. Four months later I'd put 60 pounds of muscle back on. Now I'm 40, back on the competition floor at 330 pounds, and every day I still touch a stone in my pocket and name five things I'm grateful for. It's the same discipline I bring to everything now, including what I put in my body.
5 Reasons Travis Trusts Menerals
Two-Time America's Strongest Man
Cypress, Texas's own "Texas Stoneman" holds 25+ world records and was the first man to lift a 500lb Atlas Stone. Rebuilding from nothing was his job long before it was personal.
Every Day Is A Choice, Not A Streak
Travis credits daily gratitude, not willpower alone, for staying the course. It's the same principle behind taking Menerals: small, repeatable, and impossible to skip.
Real Absorption, Not Just A Label
70-90% absorption vs. the industry's 5-15%. The fulvic acid delivery system means the minerals your body needs for recovery actually get used, not passed through.
Built To Fuel A Real Comeback
At 330 pounds and back on the competition floor after a decade away, Travis trains four sessions a week on nearly 7,000 calories a day. Recovery isn't optional at that level - it starts with the same daily consistency that got him this far.
