First of all I want to say thank you for this product is definitely a life changer. I noticed some changes right away the first night I took it cause I take it at night after a meal. I noticed my libido increased a lot. Also wanted to say that my sleep is greatly improved. I sleep less now, but my quality of my sleep is much better much deeper.
