Shipping policy

Orders ship within 2 business days and are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days (USA only). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery: Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can extend them. Once your package is with the carrier, it's in their hands, but we'll help you track it down.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or stolen packages: If tracking shows your order as delivered and you haven't received it, email help@menerals.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.
